Safety Principals and Self Defense for the NYC Road Runners Club!
Steve Kardian and his K2P Network provided safety and self and defense principals to the New York City Road Runners Club. The training was conducted in New York's Central Park. In attendance were 25 High School Juniors beginning their early preparation for Freshman year college. Great job by all!
