16 year old boy charged with raping 19 year old woman, woman later dies while being transported to the hospital.
A 16 year old boy has been jailed and is charged with raping a 19 year old woman outside of the Montgomery County Court House. The attack was captured on the court house security camera and a security guard monitoring the cameras notified Sheriff's Deputies who subsequently witnessed the assault and arrested 16 year old Marquiz Turner, age 16, of Silver Spring MD. Turner was taken into custody and the victim was transported to the hospital by paramedics when, in route, she stopped breathing and went into cardiac arrest and later died. The suspect and victims were on a date and gone to the movies.The two were walking back to their car the suspect attacked the young woman. Turner is charged with felony rape and could face 20 years in prison. Additional charges could be added when the victims autopsy and toxicology reports are completed.
