It’s with great regret and sadness that NYPD announce the passing of New York City Police Officer Brian Moore. Shield number 469. New York City police officer, hero of the city, killed in the line of duty,’’ Commissioner Bratton told reporters outside the hospital where police officer Moore passed from injuries he received when he was shot in the face. Britain said he was a very active police officer and had already received 2 exceptional police service medals and 2 meritorious police service medals. Moore’s body taken from the hospital in an ESU truck as hundreds of cops stood outside and saluted. For the 5 month in a row NYPD officers have been shot and or killed in the line of duty.  Moore’s father, retired NYPD Sergeant and he “is devastated. RIP officer Moore and god bless the NYPD!

The rookie state's attorney for Baltimore City, Marilyn J Mosby, has charged 6 officers in the death of Freddy Gray. Charges range from Murder 2nd, Manslaughter and Assault. Officer Caesar Goodson Jr, Lt. Brian Rice, Sgt. Alicia White, PO. Greg Porter, PO. Garrett Miller and PO. Edward Nero were charged.  Noted attorney Alan  Dershowitz  stated that Marilyn Mosby's charging of the officers was abased on "politics and crowd control" rather then due process and proof beyond a reasonable doubt. Further, he charged that Marilyn Mosby violated the rules of responsibility by overcharging the officers. Sheriff David Clark on "These Cops are Political Prisoners is a very interesting viewing.
